Call for Workshops – PUG Challenge 2025

Boston: 28th Sept  – 1st Oct 2025
Valencia: 5th – 7th  Nov 2025

Are you ready to deliver a deep-dive, hands-on learning experience for the OpenEdge community?

We’re looking for experienced developers, consultants, and thought leaders to host technical workshops at PUG Challenge 2025 in Boston and Valencia. These 3- or 6-hour sessions are designed to provide attendees with practical skills, real-world examples, and in-depth knowledge they can immediately apply.

This is your opportunity to lead a focused, immersive session and help shape the future of OpenEdge development and modernization.

What Makes a Great Workshop?

We’re seeking workshops that are:

  • Practical & Interactive – Real code, real tools, real takeaways
  • Deep-Dive – Topics that require extended time to explore in full
  • Future-Focused – Topics like modernization, VS Code, CI/CD, REST, PASOE, database tuning, and testing
  • Hands-On – Include exercises, labs, or live demos to maximize learning
  • Collaborative – Encourage discussion, experimentation, and questions

Who Should Apply?

Workshop leaders should have:

  • Deep expertise in their topic area
  • A passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
  • The ability to guide participants through practical, real-world challenges

Whether you’ve led workshops before or are new to it but have something valuable to share — we want to hear from you!

  • Preferred Duration (3 or 6 hours)
  • Presenter Name(s) and Short Bio
  • Preferred Location (Boston, Valencia, or both)
