Located in the heart of suburban Boston in Westford, MA, the Westford Regency Inn & Conference Center is conveniently located off Interstate 495 with easy access from Route 2, Route 3 and all major points. The hotel is a little over 30 miles from Boston proper and 10 miles from both UMass Lowell and Historic Concord. Drive time from Boston-Logan International Airport can range from 45 minutes to 1 hour (without traffic) and up to 2 hours during heavy morning and evening weekday drive times. Please plan your route accordingly.
Ride Share services (such as Uber or Lyft) can range anywhere from $65 – $100 each way, depending on time of day.

The conference will begin Sunday evening the September 28 – with check-in at 5pm and a Welcome Reception for attendees at 6pm.
The Conference concludes at 12 noon on Wednesday, October 1.
Valencia
The PUG Challenge starts on 5th November 2025 at 09:00 and ends on 7th November 2025 at 16:00.
The evening entertainment, food and drink on Wednesday and Thursday evenings is included in each ticket.

The Evening Event ticket for a plus one is available for €150. This ticket provides entry for an additional guest of the main ticket holder to the 5th November Reception and the 6th November Party evening events, including refreshments at both events. The Delegate plus Intern ticket is perfect for teams looking to invest in the next generation of OpenEdge talent. It covers one experienced delegate and one junior colleague (with less than 3 years of OpenEdge experience) who is interested in taking their first steps into the community — possibly even as a speaker.
As part of our Speaker Apprentice Program, junior participants will receive support from experienced community members or colleagues: mentoring, help with preparing presentation content, and the opportunity to run dry-runs. Our goal is to give them the confidence they need to co-present at the conference.
We’re also offering more flexibility when it comes to session speakers — allowing a junior colleague to team up with a more experienced presenter while still being eligible for speaker benefits.
It’s a fantastic way to grow your team’s skills and give back to the community at the same time!
